Client Overview
Stop the POTS is a wellness coaching business created by Ashley Krasowski. She built this business around one very specific mission: helping young women with POTS actually feel better- not just manage symptoms indefinitely, but find a real path through.
Ashley is a certified wellness coach currently pursuing her medical degree, and she came to this work the hard way. She had POTS herself. She spent years navigating a medical system that had very little to offer her, being told her labs were normal while feeling anything but, and eventually piecing together her own recovery when no one else could show her how. She became the resource she never had- and now she helps other women do the same.
When she came to Glo, she was ready to launch. She had the story, the credentials, the services mapped out, and a deep clarity about who she was trying to reach. What she didn't have yet was a website to communicate this and help her business get off the ground - and she knew she couldn't DIY something this important. This was her purpose. She needed it done right.

The Problem
POTS is a niche that's already underserved, and Ashley knew that better than anyone. She'd spent years searching for someone who truly understood what she was going through and had come out the other side. She never found that person. So she became her.
But when it came to launching her business, she was facing the same thing her future clients face: not knowing where to start, and not wanting to get it wrong.
She had the story, the credentials, the packages thought out, and a genuine connection to the women she wanted to help. What she didn't have was a website that could communicate all of that clearly- one that could make a young woman in the middle of a really dark health season feel like she'd finally found someone who got it. She knew a DIY attempt wasn't going to cut it. Not for a launch this important. She understood the value of a professional web design and was looking for the right web designer who understood her vision and would take the care and intention that her business deserved.
What We Did
We kicked things off with a deep-dive strategy session- the foundation of every Glo project. This is where we get into the details that actually drive design decisions: who Ashley's ideal client is, what she needs to feel when she lands on the site, how services are structured, what the booking flow looks like, and what the website needs to do at every step to move someone from curious to booked.
From there, we developed the brand kit- the visual foundation the entire site is built on. The brand kit establishes the colors, typography, and styling that communicate who Ashley is and who she's here for before a visitor reads a single word. For Ashley, that meant earthy and grounded, with just enough moodiness to signal that we understand this is a heavy season - balanced by softness and light that says there's a way through it. Dark greens anchored the palette alongside soft off-whites, elegant editorial serif typography, and a clean, editorial aesthetic that feels personal and elevated without tipping into clinical. Once approved, the brand kit became the blueprint and every design decision on every page flowed from it.
With the strategy and branding locked in, we built the six-page Squarespace site with one goal: make it easy for the right woman to say yes. Services were organized into clear packages so visitors could understand their options and take the next step without confusion. The group coaching page launched with a waitlist - the right move for a new business, letting Ashley build her audience before opening the doors. A dedicated resources page was built out to house POTS-literate provider directories and trusted recommendations, positioning Ashley as the go-to hub for women navigating this diagnosis. HoneyBook was integrated to handle inquiries and onboarding seamlessly, so the back-end of the business runs as smoothly as the front.
Throughout every phase - strategy, brand kit, design, integrations, launch - the process was clear, guided, and efficient. Ashley always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and exactly what she needed to do.
The Outcome
Ashley launched with a website that finally does justice to the business she’s built, and everything she's been through to get here. It's specific, grounded, and designed to make the right woman feel like she's landed somewhere safe and supportive.
Her services are clear, her booking process is frictionless, and she has the foundation in place to grow - whether that means filling her one-on-one roster, launching her group coaching program, or expanding her resources into a full affiliate shop down the road.
She made the leap. And she didn't have to figure out any of it alone.
“I love it!”
