You’ll also receive a PDF with immediate access to the Glo Up Lounge where you can start prepping your content while you wait for your template delivery.

Your template will be delivered directly into your Squarespace account as a brand new website within 48 hours.

We always aim to deliver your template as quickly as possible, and we have a dedicated delivery window each business day to make that happen.

That said, all templates are manually prepped and installed into your account to ensure everything is set up properly- this isn’t an automated process.

As a small business, we also prioritize the well-being and balance of our team, which means we honor evenings and weekends offline. Because of this, our delivery window is up to 48 business hours from the time of purchase.

Yes. You will need to pay for your Squarespace subscription in order to launch your website. We recommend a Core subscription in order to use the premium features of our templates.

Important: Subscriptions are site specific, so do not purchase a Squarespace subscription until after you have received your Glo Template.

You’ll also need a domain if you do not have one yet. If you sign up for an annual subscription for Squarespace you will receive your first year of your domain subscription for free. (Don’t worry, you’ll receive step by step instructions for this set up in the Glo Up Lounge!)

Squarespace subscriptions are site-specific. This means if you have an existing website on Squarespace, you’ll need a new subscription for your new website template.

Important: You’ll purchase your Squarespace subscription AFTER purchasing your template since it needs to be connected to that specific site.

Squarespace is incredibly easy to use- even if you’re not techy. It’s intuitive to customize, simple to manage, and powerful enough to grow with your business. From scheduling and blogging to e-commerce and memberships, everything lives in one place- so your website stays manageable as your offers evolve.

We are experts on this platform which is why are templates are only designed on Squarespace.

Timelines vary, but most customers can customize and launch their site within a few days to a couple of weeks.

This can depend on the size of your site, how much content you need to prep beforehand, and how savvy you feel with Squarespace.

For efficiency, we recommend prepping all of of your content first (before you touch your new website) using The Website Prep Kit in The Glo Up Lounge. This makes it super simple to quickly upload images, copy and paste text, and set new colors and fonts in your template rather than wasting time “fiddling” with the settings.

Our templates are simply pre-built Squarespace websites and behave exactly as any other Squarespace website- which means they are completely customizable. You can change as little or as much as you want including colors, fonts, images, text, pages, sections, and more.

Yes! Glo templates are built for women who consider themselves “not techy” and don’t want to become designers. This is the perfect solution for women who aren’t ready for custom design, but feel completely overwhelmed at the thought of creating a website from scratch. Our Squarespace templates are pre-built websites that you can customize to fit your content and brand using an easy drag-and-drop editor, with clear step-by-step guidance inside the Glo Up Lounge so you always know what to do next.

That’s completely normal. You’ll get access to the Website Prep Kit and guidance inside the Glo Up Lounge to help you organize your content, clarify your pages, and move forward without overwhelm.

Each template license is valid for one website only. If you’re building more than one site (like for a second business or a client), you'll need to purchase an additional template.

We've got your back- but we do have a policy in place. Because templates are installed manually and licensed per site, we do require a $50 replacement fee as long as you reach out within 30 days of your purchase date.
